Del Mar Beach Getaway Policies
Things to know before you book...
Primary guest is responsible for the following:
- Sign completed rental agreement and agreement to follow the HOA rules and regulations. A sample agreement is posted below...
- Provide a government issued photo ID
- Provide description/picture of vehicle(s) during your stay showing make, model & license information... This can be provided on arrival day
- 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
- $1,000 security deposit to cover any HOA infractions, or lost keys, CA Parks Pass or garage door transmitter. If no infractions and all items are returned at end of stay the deposit is returned.
- $275 cleaning/disinfecting fee
- In lieu of security deposit, guests can pay a $59 Damage Protection plan providing $1,500 in coverage.
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No Pets
- Be a good neighbor during your stay and comply with San Diego Good Neighbor policy posted below.
- For all cancelations using a credit card, there is a 3.95% transaction fee that will be deducted from the refund.

Expectations during your stay
We are located in a residential community and although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect everyones privacy and right to a peaceful existence.
Specifically, between the hours of 10PM - 8AM Monday - Thursday and 11PM - 8 AM Friday, Saturday & Holidays noise should be kept to a minimum.
Additionally, there are some specific rules and regulations that may trigger HOA citations and they are the responsibility of guests during their stay. So we want to make sure all guests are aware of the following rules so everyone's right in the community of "quiet enjoyment" is protected.

- Towels are NOT to be hug on outside banisters or rails were neighbors can see them. We have many towel hooks in our condo available for towel drying and of course feel free to use our dryer to dry any towels.
- No one is allowed on the roofs unless it is a life or death emergency.
- No amplified music in common areas and noise from the condo should be kept to a minimum between 9PM and 8AM.
- When visiting common areas like the pools/spas or parks, please tidy up and remove all trash and personal belongings.
- Please address all questions related to your stay to Tracy Leddy (630-956-4122). Please DO NOT engage the on-site property manager with any questions during your stay.
